  • Where do you deliver to?
    We deliver to any federal territories or states within Malaysia. Unfortunately we don't do any deliveries outside of Malaysia.
  • Where do you ship from?
    We ship from our store in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. If you would like to visit our store click here to get our location or contact us.
  • Can I pickup in store?
    Unfortunately, we don't offer In-store pickup. However, feel free to drop into our store to shop In-store.
  • How do I change my shipping address?
    If you have a member's account, you can change your address by: Clicking your user account on the top right of the page My Addresses Edit or Add new Address ​​​​​​​
  • What are the costs for shipping?

  • How long will shipping take?
    Shipping will take an estimate of 5-7 working days to deliver, delivery address in rural areas may take longer. Please allow for extra delays if your orders are being delivered during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period.
  • How long will it take to process orders?
    Please allow 1-2 days for our staff to pack and process your order for shipping.
  • I have entered an incomplete or wrong address, what can I do?"
